Obituary For Regina Sugarmon
Regina Sugarmon, 86 of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at Methodist Hospice House in Memphis, Tennessee. Born Sunday, March 13, 1938, in Brandonburg, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Erich Schmuck and the late Kata Burger Schmuck. She was the spouse of the late Judge Russell Sugarmon. Mrs. Surgarmon was a retired HeadStart Manager for the State of Tennessee. Gina, as she was affectionally known as leaves to mourn her passing her, daughter Carol Spence, Judge Tarik Surgarmon, Elena Williams, Erika Surgarmon and Monique Sugarmon. The memorial service will be a private service for her family and close personal friends. We ask that the community continue to pray for the Sugarmon Family as they navigate through this time of transition.
