Reginald Phillips, 63, of Memphis, TN passed away on December 16, 2025 at his home in Memphis, Tennessee. Reginald was born on November 9, 1962 to Unknown and Henrietta Pittman in Memphis, Tennessee. He is survived three siblings, Pamela Phillips of Temple Hills, MD, Lorenzo Pittman of Brandywine, MD, and Timothy Pittman of Brandywine, MD. He is preceded in death by his mother, Henrietta Pittman. Memorial services will be on Saturday, January 3rd, 2026 at 12:00 PM in the R.S. Lewis and Sons Funeral Homes 3651 Austin Peay.
