Thaddeus Herman Horne Jr, 72, of Los Angeles, CA passed away on June 12, 2025 at his home in Memphis, Tennessee. Thaddeus was born on July 15, 1952 to Thaddeus and Warliese Horne in Memphis, Tennessee. He was married Marilynn R Horne. Memorial services will be on Saturday, July 12th, 2025 at 10:00 AM in the R.S. Lewis and Sons Funeral Homes (Walnut Grove).

My Godbrother, Ricky, and I have been together since as far back as I can remember at age 2. Our Birthdays are a day apart, July 15th and 16th. We were to celebrate together this year in LA. My oldest grandson was looking forward to his Uncle Ricky meeting his two boys. We were both in Memphis and I am so thankful we were allowed time together. His passing is so very surreal and I have to keep in mind that God had another plan. I am praying for his wife, family and friends. Wanda Weathers Smith
