With profound sadness and unwavering love, we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, teammate, and friend, Tramesha Rena Rogers, who departed this life far too soon on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at the tender age of 23 at Methodist South Hospital, located in Memphis, TN.
Born on May 24, 2002, in Memphis, Tennessee, Tramesha was a force both on and off the basketball court. She was known for her signature smile, unmatched work ethic, and magnetic personality, as she was a true force to be reckoned with. She left a lasting imprint on every life she touched. From the early age of 5, she had a basketball in her hands, and from then on, the court became her sanctuary. Tramesha was a standout "Lady Warrior" at Booker T. Washington (BTW) High School, where ‘She Led and others Followed’ on the court.
A celebration of life service will be held for Tramesha on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. The memorial will be held at R.S. Lewis Funeral Home, 374 Vance Ave., Memphis TN, 38126. Services will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m. per the family's wishes. In addition, the family respectfully requests for a Peaceful Service during this time of bereavement.
