William D. Mangrum 69, of Memphis, TN answered his Master's call on March 2, 2023. The family has scheduled a public viewing for Friday March 17, from 5 pm until 7 pm at Shady Grove Baptist Church 1821 Kansas St. Service of celebration is scheduled for 10 am Saturday March 18, at Grace Baptist Church 1203 N Manassas St. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.

Oh my goodness. I just learned of William's passing. He was one of my favorite people. Incredibly competent and always very nice to me. I live 400 miles South of Memphis and think of William and my court experiences often. God Bless.

I just learned of William's passing and I give my heartfelt condolences to the family of this great man, husband, father, and friend.
