Willie Mae Jones, 93 of Memphis, Tennessee died on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at her residence in Memphis, Tennessee.
Born Sunday, October 18, 1925 in Memphis, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Henry Benson and the late Sally Smith Benson.
Surviving are sons, Ulysses Jones and Michael A. Smith, Sr., daughters,Emily Smith Jones, Betty Greer, Sallie Ross Davis, Cloria Sanders, Barbra Jo Smith and Harriet E Smith, brother, Henry Benson; 18 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 10:55 AM on Saturday, May 25, 2019, at Progressive M.B.C., 394 Vance Ave., Memphis, Tennessee Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Progressive M B Church located at 394 Vance Ave Memphis, Tennessee 38126.
Interment will be in New Park Cemetery, Memphis, TN.
