Obituary For Martin Lee Henderson

With an abundance of sympathy, S. Jones F. and C. announces to all that Mr. Martin Lee Henderson, 70 of Battleboro, NC no longer answers to his name on this side because he answered his Heavenly Father’s summons on March 21, 2020 in the serenity of his home.

The celebratory events will climax with a Service of Remembrance on Sunday, March 29, 2020 at 2 pm, in the chapel of S. Jones Funerals and Cremations.

His body will lie in state 12 pm - 2 pm, for family and friends to come and pay their respects during the public viewing.

Due to COVID-19, the governor has asked that all gatherings only have 50 people. To accommodate those who wishes to attend the service but can't, it will be stream live on our Facebook page: S. Jones Funerals and Cremations or Shaun Jonesfhome.

At one time in my life as a child, Martin and I shared the same home. My Aunt help raised me. at the time.Martin, his Sisters and brother and mom, we all live with my Aunt and Uncle.all of us were like Sisters and brothers. they were the good old days.we all gone to miss him, but one day we have to also leave this place.but the main thing is:Be ready. sleep on Martin Rest in the Lord.

Orvis Henderson, I am sorry for the loss of your uncle. We are praying for you and your family. May God keep and comfort you and your family during this time of sorrow.

Your presence will truly be missed. May God continue to strengthen and comfort family and friends. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal.

Dear Elaine and Lorenzo, I'm at a loss for words in expressing our loss. Martin was always a kind person. I remember when we were growing up and would come to visit you'll at Aunt Olivia's and Uncle Nay's we always had fun. You have my heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your brother and my cousin.
