You were a wonderful human being. I learned so much from you and I will forever cherish the 4 years we spent together at Alcorn State. You were truly one of the kindest and generous individuals I have ever met. Keep smiling down on us and encouraging us with your legacy of service. Coach Herman, I love you more than you know. For me you were everything I needed in a father figure. You made sure I had everything and more! God has truly been good to us and I thank him for you. Saturday and Sunday were our hang-out days. We shared so many fun times together for 6 years. Who am I supposed to hang out with now? Selfishly, I wish we had 45 more years of shenanigans together. I'll miss my buddy, and it'll take time to adjust ... it seems so quiet already. However, I'm blessed to have the memories & will try to share them in stories only HALF as eloquently as he could!!
