Obituary for Helen Williams

Mrs. Helen " Momma" Williams, a native of Pierre Mississippi and longtime resident of Mobile, Al passed Saturday August 24, 2019 at her residence surrounded by Family and friends.

She was a faithful member of the Magnolia Baptist Church of Dawes.

Helen was the most caring, loving and most outspoken person you could ever meet. If she could help anyone, she would help with a smile, no matter how big or small it was.

Her hobbies included Fishing, Selling Candy and enjoying her time with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jim and Rose Orange .Two sisters, Juanita and Carrie Orange. Two brothers, James and Woodrow Orange. Two daughters , Helen "Delois" Jones and Ida Mae Cox. One granddaughter, Latoya Riley . Two Step-sons, David "Lil Buddy" Vaughn and Robert Jones. One Step granddaughter, Christian Cohen and a daughter-in-law, Roberta Jones.

She leaves to cherish her memories a Loving and Devoted husband of 52 years Mr. David "Cowboy" Williams of Mobile, Al (6) Loving Daughters, Willien Jones of North Carolina; Amelia (Leon) Smoots, Gloria and Cynthia Williams; Vivian(Tony) Holcombe and Vernita( Otis) Hayward. Step- Daughter, Sharon" Annette" Vaughn. ( 4) Loving Sons, Willie( Regina) Jones, Roosevelt and Tyrone Jones, David(Stephanie) Williams. (3) Loving Sisters, Arula Orange, Lula Mae Washington and Mary" Nevada" Mc Zeek of California, a Loving, Devoted Grandson, Marvin " Darnell" Jones. 37 Grandchildren, 92 Great Grandchildren, 18 Great-Great Grandchildren and a host of several Nieces, Nephews cousins other relatives and friends

Visitation for Mrs. Helen Williams will be held Saturday August 31,2019 @ Magnolia Baptist Church ( Dawes,AL) from 9am until the 11am Life Celebration with Pastor Sylvester Murray, Officiating. The Final Bed of Resting will follow in Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens, Theodore, AL .
