To the family and dear friends of Brother Brown:
Please accept my heartfelt condolences. Learning of the passing of Brother Brown brings a profound sadness to all who knew him. In these moments when grief feels overwhelming, we take comfort in knowing that he is now resting peacefully, free from suffering, and is safely preserved in the limitless and perfect memory of our loving Creator, Jehovah.
During this time of intense personal loss, the weight of grief can feel too heavy to bear alone. Please remember that you do not have to carry this sorrow by your own strength. Jehovah God sees your tears, hears your prayers, and promises to provide the comfort and endurance needed to get through each day. The Scriptures give us this tender invitation: "Throw your burden on Jehovah, and he will sustain you. Never will he allow the righteous one to fall." — Psalm 55:22
May you also find deep comfort in the words of Isaiah 41:10, where Jehovah reassures his faithful servants: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you, I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness."
We also draw immense strength from the beautiful promises found in God's Word. Jesus taught that death is not the absolute end, but rather a temporary sleep from which a person will be awakened (John 11:11-14).
We trust in the magnificent promise that Jesus made regarding all those we have lost: "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." — John 5:28, 29
What a glorious day it will be when Brother Brown hears that voice and awakens to life on a cleansed, peaceful earth! In that promised earthly Paradise, the pain, sickness, and death that cause so much heartbreak today will be completely eradicated. Families will be joyfully reunited, and the sorrow of separation will be replaced by everlasting happiness. Jehovah has given us His personal guarantee of this reality: "And he will wipe out every tear from [our] eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." — Revelation 21:4
May your treasured memories of Brother Brown and the absolute certainty of the resurrection bring true peace to your hearts. Our thoughts and earnest prayers are with all of you.
With warm Christian love,
Kevin Guillory, Jr.
