Aiden Ian Mendes, son of Tynequa Webb and Lewis Mendes was born June 17, 2021 at Prisma Health Richland in Columbia, South Carolina.

Aiden and his twin sister were born three months early. They stayed in the NICU for two months. Aiden weighed 1 lb. 10 oz. and his twin sister weighted 1 lb. 8 oz. They fought hard everyday with many complications that they had. With prayers from family and friends, God healed their bodies and they came home August 19, 2021. On Sunday, November 14, 2021, we didn’t lose our beautiful baby boy, we gained the most precious guardian angel heaven had to offer. He leaves to cherish his memories: his parents, Tynequa Webb and Lewis Mendes of the home; one brother, Bryson Nelson and two sisters, Miyah Gibson and his twin, Alaiya Iangelic Mendes all of Manning, SC; grandparents, Susan (Joseph) Sabb of Manning, SC, Mary Mendes of Alcolu, SC and Roosevelt Webb, Jr. of Alcolu, SC; great grandmother, Sadie Ann Nelson of Alcolu, SC; two aunts, Cassandra Nelson and Jada Sabb; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.

Public viewing will be held from 4:00PM til 6:00PM Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at Hayes F.Samuels, Sr. Memorial Chapel,114 N.Church Street, Manning, SC.

Graveside services were held 11:00AM Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Green Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 1260 Green Hill Church Road, Alcolu, SC. Rev.Delbert H. Singleton, Jr., Pastor.
