Carnell Baxter, 72, husband of Polly Wilson Baxter died Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at McLeod Health Clarendon, Manning, SC. He was born July 21, 1953, in Manning, SC. A son of the late Willie James and Corine Nelson Baxter.
Public viewing will be held 2:00 PM til 6:00 PM Friday, May 29, 2026, at Hayes F. Samuels Sr, Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St., Manning, SC.
Celebratory services will take place 11:00 AM Saturday, May 30, 2026, from the Fourth Crossroad Baptist Church, 1612 Crossroads Church Road, Manning, SC. Burial will follow in the Churchyard Cemetery.
The family is receiving friends 5:00 PM til 8:00 PM daily, at the home of his daughter, Shannon Cousar, 1011 Fleming Circle, Manning, SC.
