Deacon Tommy Lee Baxter, 72, died Sunday, June 2, 2024 at his residence in Columbia, SC. He was born June 7, 1951 in Clarendon County, South Carolina. A son of the late Horton and Pauline Canty Baxter.
Memorial services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, June 9, 2024 at Hayes F. Samuels, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St., Manning, SC.
The family is receiving friends at 9939 Silver Rd., Manning, SC.
