Public viewing 2:00 PM til 6:00 PM Friday, October 3, 2025 Hayes F. Samuels, Sr., Memorial Chapel, Manning, SC.
Celebration of life 3:00 PM Saturday, October 4, 2025 at St. John AME Church, Workman Cross Road, Kingstree, SC. Burial will follow in Old McFadden Cemetery, Turbeville, SC.
The family is receiving friends at his residence, 1439 Turtle Lane, New Zion, SC.
