Elaine Joe Kluttz, 64, wife of Kenneth Marvin Kluttz, died Thursday, November 23, 2023 at George Washington Health and Rehab, Alexandria, VA. She was born February 5, 1959 in Manning, SC. A daughter of Nell Kennedy Joe and the late Lincoln Joe.
Public viewing will be held Friday, December 15, 2023 at Hayes F. Samuels Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church St. Manning.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Long Branch UME Church, Long Brand Rd, Greeleyville, SC. Burial will follow in the Big Spring Cemetery, Greeleyville, SC
