Ellis Lugene Williams, 73, died Sunday, September 14, 2025, at Florence Place Assisted Living & Memory Care, Florence, SC. He was born May 14, 1952, in Lake City, SC. A son of the late Luther and Bertha McFadden Williams.
Public viewing will be held 2PM til 6PM Friday, September 19, 2025, at Hayes F. Samuels, Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church St., Manning, SC.
Celebration of life will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, September 20, 2025 at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, Lake City, SC.
Burial will follow in Rest Lawn Cemetery Lake City, SC.
