Eloise Dixon Briggs,95, widow of Hugh Thomas Briggs died Monday, March 27, 2023 in New York. She was born October 22, 1927 in Summerton, SC. A daughter of the late James Dixon and Gertrude Pearson Dixon.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, April 7, 2023 at Hayes F. Samuels, Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church St., Manning. Burial will follow in St. Matthews AME Church Cemetery, Summerton, SC.
