Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Tuesday, December 13, 2022, Hayes F. Samuels Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church St, Manning, SC. Rev. Shirley Waiters Words of Comfort. Burial will follow in Fort Jackson National Cemetery Columbia, SC.
