Hazel A. DuRant, Sr, 79, widower of Josephine Smith DuRant, died Monday, September 25, 2023 at McLeod Hospice House, Florence, SC. He was born September 24, 1944 in Manning, SC. A son of the late Julian C. DuRant, Sr. and Lillie Briggs DuRant.
Public viewing will be held 2:00 PM til 6:00 PM Sunday, October 1, 2023 at Hayes F. Samuels Sr., Memorial Chapel. 114 North Church St., Manning, SC.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, October 2, 2023 at The Faith Center, 2935 Raccoon Rd. Manning, SC. Burial will follow in Durant Cemetery, Manning, SC.
