Horton "Bubba" Baxter Jr., 75, husband of Mamie Lee Smoot, died Thursday December 1, 2022 at McLeod Health Clarendon, Manning, SC. He was born March 25, 1947 in Manning, SC. A son of the late Horton Baxter Sr. and Pauline Cantey Baxter.
Public viewing will be held Saturday, December 10, 2022, 2 PM til 6 PM at Hayes F. Samuels Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St. Manning, SC.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 Noon, Sunday, December 11, 2022 at Hayes F. Samuels Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church St, Manning, SC. Burial will follow in The Faith Center Cemetery, 1201 Boyd Rd. Manning, SC
The family is receiving friends at his residence 12:00PM til 6:00PM daily, 8036 Juneburn Rd., Alcolu, SC.
