Inez “Nell” Johnson Montgomery, 81, widow of Willie E. Montgomery, died May 31, 2026 at McLeod Hospice House, Florence, SC. She was born July 21, 1944 in the Jordan Community of Manning, SC. A daughter of the late William C. Johnson and Rosa Lee Smith Johnson Pearson.
Public visitation will be held from 2:00 PM til 6:00 PM Friday, June 12, 2026 at Hayes F. Samuels, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St., Manning, SC.
Homegoing services will take place 11:00 AM Saturday, June 13, 2026 from the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, 2571 Joseph Lemon and Dingle Rd, Manning, SC. Burial will follow in the Antioch Memorial Gardens, Manning, SC.
The family is receiving friends from 3PM til 9PM daily at her residence, 1032 Hollywood Rd. Manning, SC.
