Jean Carolyn Seaberry Sherman, 81, died Tuesday, May 20 2025 at Trident Medical Center, North Charleston, SC. She was born August 11, 1943 in Santee, SC. A daughter of the late Robert and Elanora Martin Seaberry, Sr.
Public viewing will be held 2:00 PM til 6:00 PM Friday, May 30, 2025, at Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St., Manning, SC.
Homegoing services will take place 11:00 AM Saturday, May 31, 2025, from the Historic Liberty Hill AME Church, Summerton, SC. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Ms. Shermon will lie in state one hour prior to the time of service.
The family is receiving friends beginning Friday, May 30, 2025, at her residence, 183 Demo Lane, Santee, SC.
