Johnny Lee Montgomery, 74, husband of Nell Terrell Montgomery died Saturday, November 15, 2025 in Silver Creek, MS. He was born February 6, 1951, in Salters, SC. A son of the late Johnnie and Jannie Shaw-Montgomery.
Public viewing Friday, December 5, 2025 at Hayes F. Samuels, Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church Manning, SC.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday December 6, 2025, at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, US Hwy., 52 Salters SC. Burial will follow in Crossroad Cemetery, Salters SC.

Sorry to my late sister Tracy Montgomery and my sister Phyllis Montgomery on the passing of their father.
Johnny Lee is like an older brother to me. We grew up together and kept in contact with each other. We called each other, spent family times together, worked together in the fields. He will always be a brother to me, an I hope and pray that you REST IN PEACE.
Going to miss you Unc. This just doesn't seem real. Rest easy.
