Rosa Lee Houston Carr, 89, died Thursday, June 26, 2025, at her residence in Manning, SC. She was born February 3, 1936, in Clarendon County, SC. A daughter of the late Leo and Janie Bradshaw Houston.
Public viewing will be held 2:00 PM til 6:00 PM Thursday, July 3, 2025, at Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St., Manning, SC.
Celebratory services for Ms. Carr will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, July 5, 2025, from Trinity AME Church, 51 W Rigby St, Manning, SC. Ms. Carr will lie in state one hour prior to the time of service. Burial will follow in the Junky yard Cemetery, Manning, SC.

Mama Rose Carr will truly be Missed. I will miss her Beautiful voice singing Praises to God. So many Good time with Mama Rose Carr and the Carr Family. She would be dressed from her hat to her Shoes.
