Lisa A. Butts sent The Peace Lily for Susie Mae Pearson Johnson - November 12, 2025
With deepest sympathy and reverence, I extend my heartfelt condolences as you mourn the passing of a cherished matriarch, a woman whose life bore witness to faith, resilience, and love.
Sister Susie Mae walked with quiet strength and radiant grace. Her presence was a balm to many, her wisdom a guiding light, and her prayers a covering of peace. In every gesture, she carried the legacy of those who came before her, and in every heart she touched, she planted seeds of hope for generations to come.
Though her earthly journey has ended, her spirit remains etched in the fabric of your family and community. May her memory be a sanctuary of comfort, and may the God of all compassion cradle you in divine peace.
"Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints." — Psalm 116:15 We honor her life. We grieve her absence. And we celebrate the eternal light she now walks in.
With love, prayer, and sacred remembrance,
Rev. Deberry P. Cook

My sincere sympathy to the family. It was a pleasure spending time in the rehabilitation center with your mom. Such a sweet person. While I was there I didn't realize who she was at first but knew her face and as we introduced ourselves I knew right then when she said Davis Station, SC who she was. We talked but not for very long. I was glad I had the opportunity to spend time with her. Take your rest until we meet again. Terry Henry-Ragin
