Wendell and I used to race between Aunt Hattie's and Aunt Gussie's house! He, we were both fast back in the day! Rest In Peace Wendell! You are missed!

Hilton Family I was stunned to hear of the passing of Windell. You may not remember me, but as a young man Windell and his sisters would always come to grandmom Sarahs when she would give me birthday parties. YES its Edward DAVID's brother. Man all those good times back in the 1960's. Windell would bring fireworks on the 4th of July and put with ours at grandmom Sarahs and we had good times with them. Sometimes Windell would take me fishing and teach me the right ways to bait a hook and how to cast with a cane pole so I wouldn't hit others with my hook. O so many good time we had with Windell with DAVID and I. GOD BLESS you all and try and be strong.

My condolences go out to the family of my beloved godfather and a such a wonderful family friend. I am thankful for all of the time spent and words of wisdom given over the years. He will surely be missed!
