A Celebration of life for Mr. Dexter Alan Battles, Sr. “Billy Boy” will be held on Tuesday, November 4 at 11:00 A. M. at North Valdosta Church of God Rev, Johnny Quarterman is the pastor and Superintendent Donald Battles will officiate. The burial will follow in the Rocky Hill Cemetery.
