Albert David McCrae, Sr., 85, of Chesterfield, departed this life June 4, 2022. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth M. McCrae; daughter, Ethel Williams; parents, Roosevelt and Rosa C. McCrae; and sister, Roslyn Jeffries. Surviving are his children, Edward Keel (Kizzy), Edwin Keel (Christian), Elizabeth Jackson (Mark), Timothy McDuffie, Albert D. McCrae, Jr. (Carolyn), William Ford (LaToya), and Clifton Ford; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; devoted niece, Kennete Anderson. other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd, where viewing will be held Friday, June 17, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 18, at Christ The King Cathedral, 5601 Bryce Lane. This quiet but strong giant will be greatly missed. Deacon Albert D. McCrae, Sr. transition/departed this life on June 4, 2022. He was a devoted and faithful man to his church, the Ministry, family, friends and God. He was longtime church member. He often asked me about others in my family because he really cared about how my loved ones were doing.
