Ana B. Vassell, 92, of Henrico, departed this life February 17, 2025. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 36 years, Fready “Molo” Vassell; her parents, George Johnson and Rosetta Hylton; her only sister, Sonia “Ionie” Atherton and her great-nephew, Rogelio Sealey, Jr.

She is survived by one nephew, Hector Henry; four nieces, Margarita Beckles, Eva Dora Leveane (Alfredo), Sonia Martin (Glenwood) and Sandra Bennett; a host of great-nieces and great-nephews, countless relatives and friends.

Remains rest at Scott's Funeral home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Wednesday, Februray 26th at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, February 27th, at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Interment Cypress Hills Cemetery Brooklyn, New York.
