Obituary For Arnetter Franklin Hill

Arnetter Franklin Hill, 81, of Richmond, departed this life March 15, 2024. She was preceded in death by her sons, Orlando Brett Evans and Franklin Dellonzo Hill, Sr. Surviving are her son, Leon Hill; one niece, nephews, other relatives and friends. Miss Hill retired from the Division of Motor Vehicles. Remains at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd, where viewing will be held from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday, March 24, 2024. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, March 25, at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Live streaming at scottsfuneralhome.com
