Blanche & I first became acquainted when we were 8th graders at John N. Gandy High School in Ashland, VA & later as freshmen at Virginia Union University. Blanche was one of the most caring/sharing persons I remember for the 2 years I went to VUU as she shared her locker with me & another friend the late Quvarda King Bailey. From time to time we would run into each other & spoke through Facebook & messenger. My condolences to Roland & the family.Praying God's peace to your hearts at this difficult time.
