Charles Jones, 73, of Richmond, died November 18, 2023. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles E. Jones and son, Charles Jones, Jr. Surviving are his wife, Delores L. Jones; two sons, Henry Dillard (Mellisa) and Shannon Brown; daughter, Shannah Jones; mother, Mable Jones; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; three brothers, Kahalifah Ali (Cheryl), Melvin and Ronnie (Vanessa) Jones; two sisters, Patricia Brockington and Carolyn Walker; nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Wednesday, November 29 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, November 30 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E.
