My sympathy goes out to Jeannie, Deborah and the Family of Clara Patterson Johnson.
Ms. Johnson was a woman of strength and integrity. I remember the good ole Griffin Avenue days. A lady with a sweet spirit and beautiful soul. I wish the family peace to bring comfort and the courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts. --- Regina Johnson Payne
To the Johnson Clan, Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time. The Booker Family and the Johnson Family go back generations. My mother, Delores Oliver Booker and Clara Patterson Johnson graduated together from Armstrong H.S. class of '49. As soon as I told my mom of her passing she looked in her old high school yearbook to find the graduation picture of Clara. Debbie and Jeannie and I went to A.V. Norrell elementary school together, and Miss Clara and Mr. Elmo lived only doors apart from my Aunt Mozelle and Uncle Nelson. Her boys played with their boys. During this time of grieving, hold on to those memories of good times. May God grant you peace. Sincerely on behalf of the Booker Family Deborah Booker
