Deaconess Maeronia Blathers Arrington, 84 of Henrico, departed this life November 16, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Christopher C. Arrington, Sr. Maeronia leaves to cherish her memory two devoted children, Patrese A. Pruden (Charlie) and Christopher C. Arrington; three grandchildren, Charlie Pruden, III (Daphne), Briana Arrington and Brandon Arrington; sister-in-law, Wilhelmina Whitehead, of Norfolk, Va.; brother-in-law, Roosevelt Arrington (Rena), of Henrico; devoted niece, Carroll Ellis-White; nieces, nephews; devoted friend, Lytrelle Richardson, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd, where viewing will be held Monday, November 28, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 29, at Cedar St. Baptist Church, 2301 Cedar St. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
