Deonna Brinkley Fowlkes, 34, of Henrico, died January 28, 2024. Surviving are her mother, Barbara Brinkley; aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. a Memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 14 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Rev. Rodney Waller, officiating.
