Dr. Walter Alexander "Alex" Boyd

Dear District Missionary & First Lady Michelle Boyd, Mother Naomi Vaughan and Family, My sincere condolences and prayers to you and your family. I was saddened to hear of the passing of your husband, Pastor Boyd. Actually, I just heard today, September 30th that he passed. While it has been over 25 years since we served alongside each other in ministry at Community COGIC, I remember well how your husband loved the Lord and he truly loved you and his family. What a blessing! I thank God for the opportunity to have met him when I did. Psalm 121:1-2 reads, "I will lift up my eyes to the hills—From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth." God is a present help and, as you know, He is your help. Be encouraged, strengthened and comforted Sister Michelle and allow those whom God has sent your way to be a source of love and support to you and your family. I love you and appreciate you.
