Obituary For Edna Armstead Smith

Edna Lee Armstead Smith, 74, of Chesterfield, died May 7, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, James F. Armstead, Sr. and Lucille Beard Armstead. Surviving are her daughter, Tallameca S. Blount; three grandchildren, Nevaeh, Elijah and Khalid; two sisters, Mary Cook and Myrna Jefferson (Isaiah); three brothers, James, Sylvester (Georgia) and Eugene (Althea) Armstead); a host of nieces, nephews,, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd. where viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Sunday, May 16. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, May 17 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Elder William A. Cook, Sr. officiating. Interment private. Live streaming at scottsfuneralhome.com.
