Obituary For Fred Stafford
Fred L. Stafford, 66, of Richmond, died January 8, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, David M. and Emma W. Stafford and sister, Lucille S. Kelly. Surviving are two brothers, David (JoAnn) of Phoenix, AZ and Ralph (Ann) Stafford of Richmond; sister, Attorney Bernice Stafford Turner (Flower Lady) of Richmond; 6 nieces, 9 nephews, aunt, Dr. Carrie Buggs; host of great nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Thursday, January 21 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, January 22 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Rev. Theodore Brown, officiating. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Live streaming and at www.scottsfuneralhome.com
