Obituary For James Albert Burgess
James A. Burgess, 70, of Richmond, died December 16, 2022. He was preceded in death by his mother, Isolene Burgess and sister, Karen Rouse. Surviving are his daughters, Shantel L. Burgess and Tiffany S. Forman; grandson, Jeremiah B. Forman; siblings, Delsie Hammond, Deborah Burgess, Lamont Burgess, Venus Burgess, Kim Payne, Yvette Lemonne, Walter Davis and Lloyd Burgess. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Thursday, December 22 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, December 23 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E.
