Janice Belinda Williams, of Richmond, departed this life January 18, 2021. Surviving are her husband, Larry M. Williams; son, Larry R. Williams; grandson, Xavier A. Williams; four sisters, three brothers; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where a walk-through visitation will be held Monday, January 25, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Live streaming at scottsfuneralhome.com
