Jeanetter L. Urquhart, 78, of Waverly, VA, died November 21, 2021. Surviving are her husband, Rev. George O. Urquhart; two sisters, Athalia B. Grant and Shelia L. Hall (Michael); two brothers, Lorenza (Dr. Helen B.) and Carlton (Angela) Luster; nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Hazel M. Urquhart; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Friday, November 26 from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at 3 p.m. Dr. Jerome Ross, officiating. We just found out about Mrs Urquhart's passing. She was such a beautiful, kind lady. Singing in the choir with her as our director for 10 plus years was such a joy. Very sorry for your loss! Maxine came to North Carolina 33 years ago to sing at our wedding reception.
