Jo Ann Whitehurst 80, of Henrico, died April 23, 2023. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Lori Whitehurst and brother Henry McCollister. Surviving are her daughter, Natalie Whitehurst; mother, Hazel McCollister; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd. The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd where a Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Omega Omega service will be held at 4 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday May 1, at Scott's Chapel. Interment Mt.
