I remember coming to Adel for the summer sitting under the tree talking or sitting on granny's porch...just talking and catching up. Sweet Johnnie, I've thought about you many times over the years. I loved being in band with you in middle school and high school and we always had fun on the drill team. To this day, every time I hear a Bobby Brown song from the 88-89 era, I think of our Drivers Ed class and playing that cassette over and over while we drove around Adel and I-75!!! The absolute best sister-in-law one could ever be so blessed to have in their life. You were more like an actual sister to me. Supportive, loving, caring & protective are just a few of the many great attributes in which you possessed.
