Letha, I worked with you at VCUPD, early for both of us in our careers...me, a cop, and you, an excellent communications officer. You kept us safe and helped us do a difficult job. I admired your skill, integrity, and kindness. Even though we lost track of each other over the years, I have always remembered you as a top-notch law enforcement professional and a person who loved with a pure heart. It was a great privilege to know you on Earth. I look forward to seeing you again at the Gates of Heaven, tall and beautiful on your horse, of course. Becky Shaw, VCUPD # 1230.
I will miss you my friend. You are gone too soon. I will treasure our memories always.
