Letha, I worked with you at VCUPD, early for both of us in our careers...me, a cop, and you, an excellent communications officer. You kept us safe and helped us do a difficult job. I admired your skill, integrity, and kindness. Even though we lost track of each other over the years, I have always remembered you as a top-notch law enforcement professional and a person who loved with a pure heart.
