Louis A. Minor, 75, of Glen Allen, VA, died May 15, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy A. and Claudia B. Minor; three brothers, Roy D., Carlyle E. and Oliver D. Minor; two sisters, Shirley A. Manns and Joyce M. Norrell. Surviving are two sisters, Judith M. Abrams and Pearl V. Minor; nieces, nephews, devoted friend, Vanessa Barber, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Wednesday, May 22 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, May 23 at Scott's Chapel. Rev. Antoine Britt, officiating.
