Words cannot express the sorrow I felt when hearing the news. She was an exceptional lady who was an example of a loving mother and wife. So many great memories of her and Mr. Perkins. Our deepest condolences from the James family.

My Prayers are with you Ray and your Family! You are part of a great Generation of believers in Christ! Thank God for your Mother's love for raising You and your Sister in the fear of the Lord! God bless the both of You! Rev. Anthony Watson Sr.

Maria was a very special person whom I loved and adored. She always stayed in touch with us. Keeping us up to date on how her and cousin Ray and children were doing. To know her was to love her. She always kept me encouraged. She will be missed by all. Tina L Smith & Family Roanoke VA

Mrs Maria always told me how much she missed my mom and now I hope she is resting in Jesus arms like my mom. My sincere condolences to her family. What a sweet lady. Carol Allen and family

Maria welcomed me to the family in 1997 and began sharing family history with me. She kept the family reunions going and then wisely passed the organizing torch to the Next Generation. She called family and reminded them whose birthday was next. She was the sweet and effective glue that we needed.

Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
