I am saddened to learn of Melvin's passing. I have been trying to reach out to find Melvin for at least three years. I worked with Melvin at the Main Post Office on Brook Rd. for many years and had lunch with him most of the time in the Postal Cafeteria. He was a very good professional in Human Resources. My prayers go out to his family with love. David Goodall, Sr. and Family.
