Mercedes Elizabeth Hamilton, of Richmond, died January 29, 2024. Surviving are her son, Henry H. Norris; grandson, Dustin Hooper; brother, Bobby Hall; other relatives and friends. Arrangements by Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Pak Blvd. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
