Thelma H. Hart, 83, of Richmond, died April 25, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank B. Hart, Jr. and son, Michael G. Hart. Surviving are her son, Kevin T. Hart; grandson, Michael Garcia' Hart; other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank Christine Edmonds-McLaurin, Rose Tyler and Nikki Hall for their assistance in taking care Mrs. Hart. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Friday from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Private graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Roselawn Memory Gardens.
