Mrs. Vivian Naomi Fuller, 89, entered into eternal rest on Monday February 8, 2021 at Memorial Regional Hospital in Richmond Virginia. She was born February 1, 1932 in Richmond Virginia to the late Andrew and Florence Freeman. She retired as a Supervisor in the General Maintenance Department at General Service Corporation. She was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband, James Fuller Jr.: sisters; Irene Roane (William), Margie Murphy (Fred), Grace Washington (George) and her twin sister (deceased at birth): brother, Floyd Freeman and son-In-Law, William Pitchford. Vivian leaves to cherished her memories daughters, Barbara Pitchford, Patricia Fuller, Dalarie Williams, Sharon Fuller and son, James Fuller III: 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Boulevard, Richmond, Va 23222, where viewing will be held Wednesday, February 17 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral Services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, February 18, 2021 at Scott's Chapel,116 E.
